Kabe is built and run by one person, so a reply may take a few days.
When reporting a problem, including the following helps resolve it in a single round trip.
If you start the email from “お問い合わせ” (Contact) in the app’s Settings screen, the version and device details above are filled in for you.

Note that due to how iOS schedules work, blocking may start or end a few minutes early or late at schedule boundaries.
That's by design. Any change that loosens a rule — removing an app, shortening a block window, raising a daily limit, deleting a group, ending a focus session early — requires a waiting period, and the rule stays active while you wait. Kabe prevents impulsive unblocking by design rather than by willpower. You can set the waiting period from 5 minutes to 24 hours in the app's Settings screen (shortening it also requires the waiting period).
Use "Restore Purchases" in the app's Settings screen. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with, there is no need to buy it again. The same applies after switching devices or reinstalling.
Pro is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription. Even for free you can block 1 group with 1 app, with the same blocking strength as Pro. Pro removes the limits on the number of groups and the number of apps per group. Please check the App Store product page for current pricing.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Please file a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer cannot process refunds.
iOS limits how many blocks can be registered at the same time (a block with specific weekdays consumes one registration per weekday). If you see an error, delete blocks you no longer use, or consolidate the weekday selections.
All settings and data are stored only on your device. No account is required, and there is no transmission to a server, no ads, and no tracking. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Kabe requires no account and collects no personal data. The developer operates no servers and has integrated no analytics or advertising. By Apple's design, even the apps you select for blocking are not visible to the developer. See the Privacy Policy for details.
